My paintings are abstract with a clear sense of what is in front and what is behind conveying the illusion of space on a flat surface. I like to play around with layers of paint with my palletknife scratching back the surface paint to reveal jewel like colours from beneath. These abstracts are painted in acrylic paint with a palette knife on board exploring depth with colour and texture. They form part of a series of small paintings. This painting is designed to sit off the wall so that it appears to hover off the wall, it is signed on the back. Please check if there is duty to pay on the postage to your country, the duty fee is not included in the price.
